Server virtualization, apache, samba...
Honestly I don't care too much for RedHat.
It's what it is, and it is rather good.
Using a package management system, for me - I have always broken them, and I and up with file overwrites, and stupid stuff... so I just use tar balls instead. Build from source.
Other than that, RHEL5 RedHat Enterprise Linux 5 is a very good OS.
Nice features, most everything works right out of the box.
Great for servers in my opinion.

There are many services on RHEL5 that make it rather good for being all within the same Distribution.
